Job Description

About The RoleHybrid Role - 2 days a week in the officeOverall Job PurposeThis is an MI Analyst role that sits within our Sales Analytics team at Vitality responsible for providing all MI, Reporting and Analytics for the Direct Contact Centre. The team are undergoing an exciting transformation, having just undergone a migration ofour CRM system as well as progressing through a roadmap of reporting automation and movement to self-serve reporting in Power BI and Salesforce.As an MI Analyst on the team, you will get the opportunity to own and become an SME for specific business areas, going through the process of rationalising their current reporting suite, gathering requirements for new reports and re-building out in either PowerBI or in Salesforce as well as taking part in ad-hoc insight and analysis.Accountabilities

  • Own, run and develop a suite of MI reports for the Contact centre
  • Updating and distributing existing reports including business area and product specific reports
  • Identifying anomalies and data issues and developing solutions to improve overall reporting
  • Identifying root causes of trends and seeking to consistently improve quality of output
  • Provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations
  • Performance and KPI Reporting for the Contact Centre
  • Constantly look for ways to standardise and increase efficiency in reporting
  • Optimising use of data assets
  • Develop reports in Salesforce or Power BI as part of the migration of manual reporting into automated environments.
  • Build and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Project Manage key MI developments and projects
Skills required
  • 5 GCSEs A-C preferred in Maths, English and IT
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in complex spreadsheets, analytical tools and reporting and data visualisation tools
  • Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and querying using T-SQL
  • Understanding of relational database architecture and querying
  • Experience using Power BI to created reports and dashboards for self-serve reporting
  • A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines with demanding stakeholders. Demonstrating effective time management skills at all times
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise activities, and meet deadlines/targets
  • High level of attention to detail ensuring all data is correct whilst conducting analysis
  • Open to direction and have a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Strong communication skills
