Internal Account Manager Internal Account Manager SummarySeeking an Internal Account Manager to provide excellent customer service and find innovative solutions for our reseller customers. We are a luxury cast iron radiator manufacturer based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Our customers are wealthy and their demandscan be challenging. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be one of the main points of contact for trade customers and your job will be to build long-term connections and offer tailor-made solutions when things dont go to plan.We are an enthusiastic and open-minded business where we value quality of work and respect for our colleagues, customers and the environment above all else. You will enter orders into our software and provide support with their administration. You are also the person that will facilitate communicationbetween the factory and the trade customer. You are skilled in dealing with issues by finding creative solutions that will keep our customers satisfied and loyal.The position will be primarily office-based at our HQ in Reddish with the option to sometimes work from home.
