It doesnt matter what your background is or whether youve done sales before, its about your ability to confidently speak with customers. Customer experience is key for this business, and they will appreciate the hard work you do. In the last few months they have introduced the following:

  1. A brand new training academy providing up to 3 months training on insurance specific customer service and sales techniques working with the best coaches in the industry
  2. An opportunity to move through salary levels
  3. Different campaigns for you to gain experience in different levels of teams
  4. A "bank" opportunity where if you earn full bonus of £1200 for the month and put away £300 of this for future months where you may not achieve full bonus
  5. Holiday bonus pay (never missing out on bonus whilst chasing the sun abroad)

Its great testament to the business that over 100 staff members progressed between 2018 - 2019 giving them the opportunity through permanent/secondments to work in a new department, senior capacity, or managerial position.The role:You will be speaking to customers in regards to health insurance products on an inbound and outbound basis. This will include "switcher" customers being aware of their renewal date and offering competitive prices, or those who may have only recently considered the product and want to know more. Youll book appointments and pass over leads enjoying all the weekly prizes and incentives that will come with simply just doing your job.Youll be able to take home up to £900 in bonuses per month (if part time £600) as well as monthly trips to places such as crazy golf, and previous holiday trips have included Marbella and New York. They will even include the following:
