Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experienceApollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady with her complex care needs.We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.Our service user is in her late teens and is a happy and sociable young lady who enjoys watching tv and films. She enjoys arts and crafts and being pampered.She lives with her family and requires one to one care throughout the day and night.The night shifts are waking, so previous experience of doing this is preferred although, this is not essential.Her healthcare team will be responsible for all elements of personal care, moving and handling, administering medication and clinical care, which includes nebulisers and tracheostomy care.She is nonverbal and will communicate through eye gaze and yes/no cards. It is important you can interpret her wants and needs to avoid her becoming distressed or frustrated.Essential Experience Required
