Job Description

Objective:Reporting to the Head of Development, the Gateway Developer will form part of a small in-house Gateway Team. The Gateway Team will be providing payment gateway integrations and custom sites / integrations. As well as providing support to the customers with new or existing initegrations.Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining gateway modules.
  2. Overseeing Jira Service Desk
  3. Assisting Junior Developers
  4. Liaising with outside developers for the construction of bespoke gateway integrations.
  5. Finding solutions to any support issues escalated by Junior Developers
  6. Speaking personally to and reassuring disgruntled customers, finding quick solutions for purposes of retention.
  7. To carry out work safely in the interests of other employees and themselves, in compliance with current legislation and Company Health & Safety procedures.
