As our Functional Specialist, you will provide project management, technical and business support to deliver the Integrated Care Experience transformation programme and Integrated Primary Care. Youll optimise VGP and physical primary carejourneys, from access to treatment, designing new workflows and clinical pathways where required and serving as a key point of contact coordinating activities amongst operations, marketing, and other areas.Your responsibilities as our Functional Specialist will include:Integrated Primary Care (60%):

• Proactively contributing to the review, development and maintenance of digital Primary Care processes, procedures, and technical reference material
• Designing and reviewing business requirements, analysing data and performance and communicating around changes and processes
• Providing robust input into development and design teams on pathway design
• Providing input into new and existing operations workflow design
• Leading seamless integration of primary care partners including mental health and physiotherapy into Vitality Primary Care

Care Hub (10%):

• Supporting and managing the writing, editing, documenting, and publishing of clinical content where appropriate, ensuring accuracy from a Primary Care perspective
• Working alongside subject matter experts to deliver accurate content updates across Primary Care (App + MemberZone)

General Primary Care (30%):

• Providing project management support to the Head of Primary Care focussed on improving clinical, operational and customer experience
• Leading the development of a unified service dashboard that presents near-real-time technical, clinical, quality data across all Primary Care partners
• Leading engagements with primary care partners and product leads to perform user research, user testing and continuously improve service performance
• Supporting the development of materials for clinical governance, audit and quality meetings across digital and face to face primary care partners
• Supporting induction and training of new primary care partners

What were looking for in our Functional Specialist:

• Advanced Industry Knowledge across Insurance and/or Digital Health, Primary Care, Health Service delivery
• Experience managing multi-stream projects
• 2 years Vitality Health experience and knowledge
• 1 year stakeholder relationship management experience
• Understanding of data analysis and statistics
• In-depth experience with dealing with product and process-related updates
• Managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders.
