Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit a permanent Finance Manager for a Private Equity backed FMCG business, looking to drive significant growth through acquisition and organic means.As the number 2 in finance this is a key position in the development of the business in the current Private Equity cycle. You will work closely with the senior management team and PE house to enhance the bottom line through detailed analysis the companys salesand operations to provide commercial insight and drive continuous improvement to ensure strong cost management throughout the growth period and enhance the bottom line. As the Finance Manager you will oversee a small team, develop their skill set whilst driving the month, quarter and year end time table and increasing the commercial reporting within the business at a more granular level focusing on performance across territory,product and sales representative.Role - Month, quarter and year end delivery- Focal Point on Audits, dealing with Big 4- Real focus for continuous improvement, automation and accuracy - CIMA / ACA/ ACCA qualified - Experience managing a small team- Strong commercial and analytical mind setThe successful applicant will be fully qualified ACA or ACCA or CIMA either as a second time mover or in a similar role as a Finance Manager within an FMCG, Manufacturing or multi-site environment. You will have experience of working alongside and presentingto the senior management team and externalYou will also be able to demonstrate business acumen and ability to gain knowledge across the breadth of a variety of functions. Good communication skills with proven experience of working alongside and presenting to the senior management team and externalstakeholders as a commercially focused Finance Manager. You be able to translate financial information (exceptional spreadsheet skills is a must) and create successful business relationships.
