  • Improvement and maintenance of applicable Business Management Systems
  • Continuous Improvement & Health and Safety awareness
  • Continuous Improvement & Environmental awareness
  • Maintaining all building and services records
  • Controlling contractors working on-site and associated legislative requirements
  • Building strong partnerships with contractors and service providers
  • Leadership, Development and people management
  • Personal Training, Learning and Development for self and team members
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate departmental KPIs
  • Sharing good practices across business groups
  • Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required
  • Facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing facilities requirements & working practices
  • Environmental, Health & Safety management practices
  • Proactive in providing evidence for ISO9001, ISO9100, ISO14001 and ISO45001 and supporting peers in jointly achieving/maintaining accreditations
  • Positive response to Plant failures/repairs even if this is out of core working hours
  • Electronic and/or mechanical assembly processes
  • Qualification in Facilities Management Practice; BIFM Level 4 Certificate in Facilities
  • Management ILM Level 3 Award in FM qualification
  • Qualification in Health and Safety Management; NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Qualification in Environmental Management; IEMA Environmental Management.
