Job Description

This role means joining an existing in-house development team. The team builds, maintains and extends both internal and client facing web applications including

  • Sales Team Application
  • CRM
  • Lead generation
  • Partner management
  • Shopping Carts
  • Client portals
  • Commission calculation
    • Our stack consists of:
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • .NET
  • SQL
  • Umbraco
  • HTML/ CSS (SASS/ Foundation)/ JavaScript
  • PHP
  • ReactJs (for more involved front-end requirements)
  • Jenkins for CI/CD
  • JIRA
    • You will be positioned as a mid-level member of the team and upskilled in a variety of different technologies. You will acquire experience in the above technology stack.Responsibilities:This role will require you to work as part of the team to further develop our existing applications. Working in sprints to continually deliver new features and functionality. The role also includes the opportunity to build new applications that meet business requirements and needs as they arise.Candidate:This role is catered for a genuine mid-level programmer/ developer and as such we are expecting the candidate to be able to demonstrate a good understanding and commercial experience of:
  • .NET / ASP.NET
  • C#
  • One JavaScript framework that isn’t jQuery e.g. React/ Angular/ Knockout
  • At least one .NET CMS (Umbraco, SiteCore etc.)
  • SQL, SSMS
  • IIS - Setup, Configuration and maintenance.
  • Source control with GIT, SourceTree, Git Kraken or similar.
    • The interview process will heavily favor a candidate who can display an aptitude for development and a willingness to learn/ problem solve.Desirable:
  • Practical experience (personal or freelance projects)
  • Umbraco experience
  • Production environment experience
