Are you looking for a new opportunity in a well-established business We are now recruiting for a fantastic position for a Digital Print Operative to a join a growing team within the sector! Its a full-time permanent position based in Stockport,offering a salary of £28,800 to GBP31,200 depending on your experience! The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Print ProductionWhat youll be doing in the role: Your goal is to operate the production line to its best performance and optimal productivity Operate jobs on the schedule and accommodate print on demand workflows Perform the necessary quality checks on the output Liaise with finishing departments schedules for finishing options to cross share workloads Follow production work instructions and report any issues adequately to guarantee correct deliveries Place service calls as required and liaise with Xerox Identify better ways of working and communicate effectively Work as a team member with the other production staff What Skills & Experience are required for the role of Digital Print Production Comfortable working with computers, and in the MS Windows environment Experience on Tharstern MI system an advantage but not a must Experienced in digital print production - Xerox being an advantage but not a must Technical insight to digital print production to maximise print quality and efficiency Basic knowledge about prepress file preparation Ability to solve problems Capable to work to deadlines and quantitative targets Flexible in hours and shift work What you will LOVE about the role An excellent opportunity for you to progress in your career in an award-winning company Alternating shift pattern over a 2-week period Monday to Friday.
