The role involves making outbound contact to customers to establish reasons for non-payment, and taking full payment, or putting place repayment plans. Debt Advisor will assess affordability, and put in place affordable solutions, and offer debt advice to customers, in line with FCA regulations.The package:The role pays £22,000 per annum and involves a monthly bonus and an £30,000 OTE. The business offers 28 holidays, and a generous company pension.
