  • Providing a professional and world class customer experience to new and existing
  • customers.
  • Utilising the latest customer service technology and using appropriate digital
  • technologies.
  • Being part of our new customer profiling journey, where customers are managed across
  • various sales channels.
  • Leading new digital ways of communicating with customers in order to meet their
  • everchanging needs.
  • Being the first point of contact for order processing, returns and enquiries in order to
  • maximise sales opportunities.
  • Being part of our influencing team to promote innovative products and services to our
  • customers in line with our growth plans.
  • Proposing your own ideas to improve the business - we want to learn from you and your
  • experience.
  • Contributing positively to the Sales & Marketing Team; joining weekly huddles, sharing
  • successes and contributing ideas for how we could work more effectively in order to
  • achieve our growth plans.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to developing you own knowledge and abilities.
  • ProfileThe successful Customer Service Executive candidate will be/have:
  • Experience of servicing customers inside and outside of the UK market.
  • Experience and proven track record of developing relationships from new & existing Customers.
  • Demonstrate Initiative and drive, with a can do attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with influencing skills.
