Job Description

* Stockport based* £21,000 - £24,000* Great career development plansCustomer Service Executive Title: Customer Service Executive Key requirement(s): customer facing experience and a warm personality with common sense Company: A fast growing online retailer Location: StockportSalary: £21,000 - £24,000 (D.O.E) In a nutshell This Stockport based retail business, that specialises in fireplaces and outdoor furniture is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team. The role:The role will include interaction with customers, suppliers, haulage companies and 3PL providers. You will also aid the ordering team in providing general administrative functions as needed by the business.Previous Customer Service experience is preferable, but being a good communicator, an attention to detail, a good working knowledge of Microsoft (especially word and excel) plus being a team player are equally important. A willingness to learn is very importantin this role. The Customer Service Advisors role will include handling delivery and customer service enquiries, arranging customer deliveries, checking order confirmations plus general office and occasional warehouse duties What youll be doing* Taking and making phone calls to Customers , Suppliers and Haulage Companies.* Emailing Customers, Suppliers and Haulage Companies.* Arranging deliveries/returns with Customers.* Following up on orders with Customers and Suppliers.* Working with customers to resolve issues with the products that arise following delivery and the products lifetime.* Assisting in the Order Fulfilment Process* Creating deliveries and collections via online platforms.* General clerical dutiesWhat youll need* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* High energy level with ability to multitask and open to changing direction* A willingness to learn and adjust with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment* Good organizational abilities* Good attention to details* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Computer literacy: Excel, Outlook, Word.
