You will ensure that a successful CRM user experience is delivered to telephonic advisers and assist with the development and implementation of new solutions.Your role as our CRM Developer will involve:- Developing a CRM system and processes to meet business needs- The provision of campaign data for dialling through the use of SQL and the CRM/Dialler- Managing and manipulating data in SQL and Excel to support operational reporting and analysis- Maintaining and developing current data audit processes to effectively manage potential risks and data quality- Liaising with outsourced third parties to ensure work is carried out within established processes and SLAs- Ensuring data uploads are successful and real-time data flows are running as expected- Testing new and existing implementations to the agreed software development lifecycle standards using agile processes- Improving/automating system processes based on insight and evaluations of existing processes- Collaborating with IT and other teams across the business to deliver high-quality software solutions- Integrating third-party systems with the CRM- Management of team mailboxes to agreed SLAs- The documentation of new and existing processes- Applying regulatory requirements to systems and data (GDPR, TPS, PECR)What we are looking for in our ideal CRM Developer:Essential- Previous experience of administrating a CRM and/or dialler- Advanced knowledge of SQL database management and querying- Experience developing data management solutions within SQL- Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA- The ability to effectively reconcile data across multiple sources- Experience owning and managing systems including user and data configuration- Experience of agile development- Excellent administration and organisational skills- High attention to detail- The ability to work alone or as part of a wider team- The ability to take responsibility to manage your personal workload and ensuring process knowledge is accurate and up to dateDesirable- The ability to use SSIS and/or SSAS- Experience of design and use of data cubes- Proficiency in PHP, Python and PowershellClosing Date: Thursday 20th May 2021Working for Vitality, youll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.Our people are chosen for their skills, knowledge, enthusiasm, and attitude but above all, their belief that anything can be achieved.If you feel you have the skills and experience to become our CRM Developer, thenplease click ‘apply’ today.
