ConveyancerThis is a fabulous opportunity for a conveyancer to join a growing business in Greater Manchester. Along with great benefits you can earn a competitive salary and generous benefits.Due to expansion, growth and overall success this exciting firm are seeing residential conveyancers for purchase and sale/ 360 degree conveyancing.If you are a residential conveyancer who has dealt with conveyancing from start to finish then this is an excellent opportunity for you!We are currently seeking a confident and capable Conveyancer to join our client’s legal household moves team based in Stafford on a full-time basis. You will have proven experience in running your own caseload and be familiar with the entire conveyancing process, preferably in high volume.You will be able to deal with the work from instruction through to post completion, be able to deal with all types of transactions including leasehold flats; plots etc and able work with minimal supervision.You will have experience in checking legal title to all freehold and leasehold transactions and be able to deal with all elements of these transactions.You will have examples on your CV of where you have dealt efficiently with purchase of house, apartment, land, flat, plot transactions, sales of part and more complex matters such as the purchase of freeholds, drafting of easements, drafting of Statutory Declarations or Declarations of Trust subject to supervision where reasonably prudent.You will possess a proven track record for winning and servicing new introducers and clients, developing systems and support staff to grow a business. The ability to draft more complex precedent documentation would also be beneficial.You will have experience of dealing with clients/ customers over the phone, email and perhaps face to face in conveyancing matters.You will be enthusiastic, organised and determined in order to help the residential conveyancing department continue to service its clients in a highly professional manner.You must be:
