Civil Technician (Highways) - Stockport | £25,000 - £32,000Civil Technician looking to join very well-established design consultancy who work across a wide range of projects all over the UK Hoping to join a company thatll invest in your, providing training and development schemes to really benefit your long-termcareer We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Technician to join a national multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy that has multiple UK offices. The successful Civil Technician will be joining a team in the Stockport office, working with a team of professionalsin the Highways team.This successful multi-disciplinary has continued to grow over the last year and is looking to expand their office on the outskirts of Manchester. They work on multi-million-pound projects, with regular repeat business, highlighting the quality of their work.As the Civil Technician your responsibilities may include;* Prepare highway feasibility drawings, detailed drawings, contract documents / specifications.* A working knowledge of DMRB is required* Knowledge of current design codes is required* Experience working in highways, ideally a minimum of three years practical experience* Minimum of HNC in Civil Engineering* Full UK Drivers LicenceThe successful Civil Technician will have strong communication, analysis, and technical design skills.
