James George Recruitment have partnered with a prestigious Financial Services Business in their search for a new CFO. The role will report directly to the CEO and you will be responsible for implementing and managing the strategic and operational aims ofthe business.You will be responsible for:- Providing executive leadership with direct reporting from heads of department and finance support/ accounting function.- Attending weekly/monthly board and exec meetings presenting the lending business progress and reporting.- Developing and maintaining the strategic and financial planning of the lending business including completing all of the required reporting to investors and funders.- Successful revisions of the annual budget and 5 year strategic and financial plan for the lending business.Requirements:- Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years experience in senior management positions- Excellent understanding of B2B and B2C environment- Retail Point of Sale Finance business or other loan/lease customer receivables business is strongly preferred.- Good relationship management abilities in the handling of external funders, investors, advisors, bankers and lawyers and other stakeholdersThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a market leading business that continues to have exciting growth plans.
