Business Support Manager - Systems + Change - UK travelThis is a highly visible role within this large and growing organisation, ensuring that your team of Business Support Officers are providing exemplary support and customer service across their regional remit. It will be a varied role and requires a flexibleindividual who enjoys working to a high degree of independence.Client DetailsThe client are a UK wide healthcare services organisation. This is a home based role with frequent national travel to visit regional branches and offices. They are a highly acquisitive and thriving company with continuous growth plans and an ambitious goal:to revolutionise social care within local communities.DescriptionBusiness Support Manager - Systems + Change - UK travelThe Business Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, co-ordination end-to-end delivery of all BAU related projects in addition to defining accompanying "best practices" processes which will improve business efficienciesand system integrations. This is a unique and varied role where you will be given the autonomy to manage yourself and your team. Some of the Key Responsibilities you will be delivering:

  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations of project planning & delivery and supporting business growth. Strong project management and planning skills to deliver strategic plans to ensure success of project delivery.
  • Define strategic plans to ensure successful delivery of BAU projects
  • Review, develop and constantly refine business processes and plan their delivery/deployment.
  • Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
  • Provide confident and inspiring leadership to the Business Support Officers including managing the performance & improvement of employees and development plans where necessary.
  • Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and establishing good working relationships to ensure engagement and buy-in.
  • Co-ordinate business training requests to ensure employees are able to operate systems
ProfileThis organisation is looking for someone who is highly flexible, sees the bigger picture and cares about embedding quality at the heart of every one of their branches, to ensure the highest level of care and service is provided to their client base.You will ideally have experience in a field-based role, or at least extensive experience with face to face support of customers on the ground.Key skills:
  • Possess excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to positively influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a project outcomes.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices Experience of managing a remote-team
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to produce high quality process/training documentation
  • Understanding of Agile or Prince2 Project Management techniques is desirable
  • A Full UK Driving license is essential
