We are looking for a high performing Business Process Manager who has experience designing, implementing and managing a Business Process Management System that continually improves operational efficiency. You’ll review business processes and the delivery of our products and services to our customers and partners in a cross functional role across all departments.Reporting directly to the executive team, you will report on KPI’s and relevant metrics. You’ll be a key influencer, promoting a culture of process improvement and possessing strong leadership qualities and commercial awareness.You’ll display strong analytical skills and be experienced in using performance data to drive continuous improvement.As we move into the ‘new normal‘, you will ideally have experience of evaluating and managing processes across both co-located and highly distributed teams.About CDL:CDL is one of the UK’s leading software development houses, employing over 600 people at its campus in Stockport.
