Providing support during major DMS projects and upgrades and dealership redevelopments. Communicating effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Proposing proactive actions to reduce calls going forward. Supporting and training end users in the use of the DMS System. Responding to calls and incidents in a timely fashion and be able to prioritise, as necessary. Carrying out daily, weekly, monthly tasks to ensure the smooth running of the IT systems.
