Accounts Assistant + AAT Day ReleaseStockport£18,000 - £20,000This is a fantastic opportunity that none of my other clients can offer.The Financial Controller of this business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work 4 days a week in the office and spend 1 day a week at the college of their choice to study towards the AAT.This means absolutely no requirement to spend your evenings or weekends studying & as theyre a sociable business, they understand just how precious quality time outside of work is.The salary on offer is for the 4 days ? a win: win situation where you can earn decent money, build experience at a fantastic business AND qualify in the next 12 - 18 months without the pressures of doing this after work.Whilst studying AAT your role is to support the senior finance team with the month end accounts close, ensuring the experience you are given perfectly aligns to the level of AAT and modules you are studying.Once qualified in AAT you will hold a post qualification meeting with the CFO to discuss your career aspirations and future studies and how your career can develop further with the business.All applicants must have 12 - 18 months accounting experience even if this is at a basic level and its essential you have a passion, drive and determination to learn from experienced people around you.
