Job Description

Account Manager - PackagingLocation: ManchesterSalary: DOECompany: Global leading packaging agency.Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all packaging artwork which needs to meet regulatory and production requirements for all products produced.

  • Serves as the main day-to-day contact projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team
  • Creating a structure for the artwork path and project managing
  • Taking briefs
  • Manage the critical path and deadlines, addressing any issues or delays when necessary
  • Collating old and new information and updating processes
  • Working alongside design, technical, marketing departments, product suppliers and printers
  • Liaising with all internal departments, production, design etc. and giving progress reports
  • Answering client queries/ dealing with issues/ managing client expectations
  • Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables
Requirements:
  • Packaging industry experience
  • Proven account / project management experience
  • Knowledge of print, artwork and repro process
  • A patient confident person with high attention to detail and methodical approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very strong project management, planning and organisational skills
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
