1st Line IT Support TechnicianStockport - Hybrid Working£20,000 - £22,000 + Training, Holiday, Pension, Regular Salary ReviewFantastic opportunity for a motivated 1st Line IT Support Technician to join a growing AV Solutions company in a highly varied role offering excellent training and development opportunities.This company are specialists in providing Network Infrastructure, AV and Electrical solutions across a number of industries. Some of their well-known clients include KFC, Manchester City FC and Selfridges to name a few. In this role you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all IT questions or issues. You will log and respond to tickets using Zoho Desk, configure laptops and mobiles for new and existing employees, update user accounts using ActiveDirectory, ensure the SharePoint based Employee Directory is kept up to date and maintain the mobile phone management portal.The ideal candidate will be a recent IT graduate or possess relevant IT qualifications. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Hardware (Mobile Phones/Laptops).
