Job Description

Vehicle Sales Administrator | Stirling | 37.5 hours per week | £21,000 - £24,000 per year, depending on skills and previous experienceEstablished in 1987, our client is an independent and privately-owned business working with KODA since the business was conceived. Today our client is now one of the UKs leading dealerships for KODA with sites located in Stirling, Dunfermline and Edinburgh.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our KODA dealership in Stirling. Working in a busy but friendly office alongside our accounts team, we require a highly organised sales administrator to provide support toour sales team, to ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.Are you the right person for the job

  • Previous experience is essential
  • Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • High standards and advanced skills in administration
  • Ability to build a rapport with all members of the dealership team and suppliers
  • Driving Licence is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the Pinnacle/Pinewood DMS system is a bonus
  • Good Excel skills are essential
What will your role as a Vehicle Sales Administrator look like
  • Bring new and used vehicles into stock, create deal files and keep online records updated
  • Control vehicle movements between branches
  • Invoicing new, used and trade vehicles and taxing/registration of new vehicles
  • Reconcile vehicle funding with current stock and update funding where required
  • Ensuring Registration sheets and bonuses are up to date and accurate
  • Reconcile customer deposits and assist with the allocation of customer payments and monitor unpaid amounts on the vehicle ledger
  • Process vehicle invoices and bonuses in preparation for running end of month processes
  • Daily cash and card banking and reconciliation of transactions
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the companys Car Benefit Scheme
  • Answering and dealing with incoming phone calls
  • Liaise between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
