Job Description

Their aim is to improve on traditional treatments, using the unique advantages the product offers forbetter clinical outcomes.Now at an exciting time of growth and expansion having recently secured additional investment into the business to fund the next stages of the companys development they are expanding the team based in Stirling.DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • A focus on operational performance measurement through regular reporting and understanding of departmental KPIs, variance in operations performance and ownership of performance improvement plans.
  • Internal development of processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage current orders and production schedules at outsourced contractors, to ensure that there are no stock outs.
  • Maintain an open and informative line of communication with customers on delivery schedule.
  • Ensure accuracy of data records on the ESP system with a focus on stock levels
  • Accountable for ensuring the shipping of final product to customers meets the required delivery dates and ensuring this is appropriately communicated throughout the business.
  • Leading the customer returns process to ensure timely servicing and maintenance repairs to deliver the unit back in the hands of our customers within required SLAs.
ProfileTo succeed in this role you will be an energetic, passionate, self-starter with a positive disposition You will have a strong desire to be part of a team and working environment which is focused on growth and be able to deliver the changes needed to deliversuccessful outcomes within supply chain aligned with business growth.Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience in outsourced manufacturing supply chain
  • Experience of working with Technical/engineering stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Must work well under pressure, with the ability to cope with a variety of issues at once.
  • Possesses attention to detail and a right first time approach.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Able to demonstrate a collaborative approach to working effectively with multiple functions including Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production etc
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly both autonomously and as part of a team
