Job Description

The RoleThis position is working for CTD Group part of the Saint-Gobain group who are the Global winners of TOP EMPLOYER 2016-2021!We have an exciting full time opportunity for a highly motivated Branch Assistant to join our CTD Tiles brand, based in Stirling. Hours: a branch rota system 7:30 -17:00 mon- fri and every 2nd Sat 8:30-16:00. You will help develop sales and maximise branch profitability through selling at our counters and in our showrooms, trade counters andover the phone and by providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience in customer service, we would love to hear from you!What are we looking for

  • Excellent customer service / sales skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and upon own initiative
  • Knowledge of general warehouse duties is desirable
  • IT literate (MS Office, Kerridge System)
What will your key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
  • Providing a first class start to finish customer experience (in person and over the phone)
  • Carry out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures
  • When required check any incoming products against the Proof of Delivery, complete documentation as required and report damaged or missing products to Branch Manager
  • Participate in stock management process and PPI
  • Keep up to date with changes in relevant regulations, legislation, market developments, products, company news
