Job Description

SIPP AdministratorStirlingGreat starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits packageA fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a technical administrator to join a growing national financial services provider.This role is working for a firmly established SIPP and SSAS provider who are continuing to grow within their field. This is not a call centre environment - you will be providing individual support to a set portfolio of SIPP clients. In this role you will:

  • Take ownership of client queries
  • Exceed customer expectations while adhering to department service level agreements
  • Update and maintain relevant software and databases
  • Attend client meetings
  • Develop and demonstrate an awareness of all types of Self Investment: the initial aspects of Member Benefits including Transfers, Retirements, Deaths, Divorce, Protection, Lifetime and Annual Allowance
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Ad-hoc project work.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual ideally with Pensions knowledge to join a rapidly expanding financial services group who invest in their employees.To apply for the position, you should ideally have Pensions or Financial Services administration experience and be a confident user of different software and systems.
