What is Risk & Compliance at M&GM&G Risk & Compliance proactively supports the business in effectively identifying and managing risk, formulating and implementing a risk appetite and limit framework, and navigating and meeting its regulatory obligations. We challenge the business to own itsrisks, drive improvement of the control environment, always observe the highest standards of conduct and deliver good outcomes for our customers. What is the M&G Graduate Scheme Our graduate scheme is a 18 - 24 months immersive dive into the world of M&G, starting on 1 September 2023. You will be taking part in up to 4, 6-month rotations across our Risk & Compliance business. At the end of the scheme, you will embark on a permanentrole in a team aligned to your skillset and interests. Your three week induction will be a mixture of formal industry-focused training, and business insight sessions from our experienced professionals: you will go into your first rotation with a core understanding of who we are, our strategies and products, andcustomers & clients. We continue this learning throughout the programme, with a mix of on the job and formal training relevant to your role - you will have access to in-house training opportunities and a host of learning materials within our Workday learningportal. Your manager will work with you on an individual personal development plan during the programme, and you will also be allocated a buddy, you will also have the opportunity to attend networking and social events during your time here.
