Youll be:

Preparing comprehensive and effective MI for monthly Client and internal meetings
Critically analysing QA MI and challenge the business on findings and improvement actions.
Carrying out QA assurance activities - 1st and 2nd Audit and licencing dip sampling.
Critically assessing Operations Quarterly Risk Based QA plans and oversight monthly QA sample sizes.
Supporting and engaging in Operations departmental and Intradepartmental Calibration sessions and assess findings.
Assessing and challenging as appropriate Operational Quality improvement initiatives.

You should apply if you:

Have experience in a Quality Auditing or Coaching role.
Can show a clear understanding of FCA regulation environment, including awareness of FCA requirements and regulations.
Have good communication skills (orally and verbally) and are able to liaise with and influence people at all levels
Can display an evident record of delivering to deadlines and good time management skills
Have a good understanding of the BaNCs system.
Can show the ability to influence, persuade and liaise effectively at all levels of the organisation.
