Product Manager AdverisementChange Digital Recruitment is working with a fast-growing E-commerce data analytics business to recruit a Product Manager. This company provide tools which help e-commerce businesses sell more effectively. They have continued to grow and are continuously developingand enhancing their range of products They are keen to grow Product Team and recruit an experienced Product Manager. Based in Stirling, Scotland this role is responsible for managing the Product Team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and be the intersection of business, technologyand user experience, working together to build a shared understanding and turn the vision into reality.Key responsibilities Responsible for delivering the vision & objectives that have been set by senior management Developing products through insights from market research and customer buying behaviour Establishing and developing strategies for product pricing and positioning Assisting with product launches and marketing campaigns Oversee all operational responsibilities within the product team Creating project timeline and implementation schedules Experience & skills The preferred candidate must have previous experience as Product Manager within a leadership capacity The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of the product development life cycle with a proven track record of successfully delivering new products to market The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and lead by example The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in Digital Commerce related product management would be preferred Experience in working with Agile methodology and Jira software would be preferred
