Job Description

Reed Accountancy are working with a well-established organisation based in Stirling looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team for a fully remote opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join their team asa Payroll Assistant.Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for a designated portfolio of employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
  • Calculate and process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as required.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant or in a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant laws and regulations
  • Proficient in using payroll software and tools (e.g., Oracle, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet payroll deadlines.
