Job Description

Primarily supporting our Director of People & Culture, this role requires outstanding experience and razor-sharp intuition. Youll work alongside our existing PA who supports our MD and Finance Director, overlapping in duties where the wider Executive Teamrequire support.Client DetailsWorld class business within Hospitality & LeisureDescription

  • Adept at diary management, youll use your outstanding planning, organisation and time management skills to instinctively ensure our Directors schedule is always managed to perfection
  • Always thinking ahead, youll proactively and confidently anticipate our Directors requirements
  • Dividing your day between organising internal and external meetings, processing expenses, travel arrangements, VIP guest enquiries and event management
  • Youll also have responsibility for a number of key People administration processes.
  • Swiftly and professionally actioning all messages and correspondence in the absence of our Director
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders, making customer service and service excellence a critical part of how you operate
  • Responding on behalf of the Executive to VIP guest and community requests
  • Setting up and attending forum, our regular opportunities for our people across the estate to meet with our Executive team, monitoring and reporting all subsequent actions
  • Establishing and managing charitable partnerships that align to our purpose and priorities as a business, and co-ordinating our creating a framework that supports our people take advantage of their annual volunteering day
  • Developing and delivering a calendar of events for our people, including large summer and winter parties, long service lunches, the retirees annual lunch, and a series of spontaneous and planned pop-up events throughout the year.
  • Co-ordinating all people related correspondence, connected to reward and recognition
  • Work together with the existing PA to ensure a continuity of support during period of annual leave
