My Client currently requires a General Manager to join the team at their 60 odd bedded nursing home based in Alloa. They are looking for a strong qualified manager who is dedicated to the care industry and has a proven track record in managing homes.The home specialises in elderly general nursing & dementia. The company owns a number of homes in Scotland and is acquiring new homes and growing. It isnt a corporate company but more a medium sized professional company that prides itself on the delivery of personalised care and looks after its staff well, supports them well in each position and offers autonomy and flair to its management team.You will be a hands on operational manager who enjoys a front facing and supportive managerial role.You must have experience in:
