Job Description

Lead Project Manager - Regulatory ChangeCraigforth/ ReadingSalary up to £69,000 DOEWe have a new vacancy for a Lead Project Manager to join our clients lead Regulatory Change team in Craigforth or Reading. We are looking for an individual to manage and deliver multiple projects delivering outcomes with corporate-wide strategic impact totime, cost and quality. Programmes consist of multiple work-streams and are likely to be implemented over several years and will represent major change across several areas of the businessWhat you can expect to do:

  • Deliver multiple projects or programmes, on time, within budget, to scope
  • Work with programme sponsors and stakeholders to understand strategic context and agree programme details
  • Identify risks affecting the programme and the business and put appropriate measures in place
  • Lead, manage & motivate large, diverse teams
  • Provide the main interface between the Senior Management and Project Managers
  • Chairing governance boards and championing governance processes
What were looking for:
  • Experience of project/programme management at a senior level
  • Strong experience managing and leading a team through change
  • Accredited at Project management discipline and Programme Management (or working towards)
  • Understanding of leading-edge programme management
  • Advanced planning and organisation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience of influencing at steering committee
