Job Description

e are looking for aKitchenInstallationQuality Assessorwho is available to operate in theSouth West Scotlandarea.Paying a fantastic basic salary of £30,000with Bonus (£6k) and Company Car / Fuel Card with extras. You will join our Installations team working closely with our Kitchen Fitters and Installations Teams to ensure we are delivering the verybest service to our customers.Our clientalready has 115showrooms across the UK and US, and plan to continue our expansion with many more.Criticalpurposeof Kitchen InstallationQuality Assessorrole:

  • Manage installer relationship whilst promoting compliance to Our client approved installation standards.
  • Coach, promote and engage with installers regarding the Our client approved installation standards.
  • Promote compliance to applicable Regulations and Legislation
  • Quality Audit installer installation and performance media
  • Review specific installer feedback, NPS results and undertake appropriate installer actions
  • Conduct chargeback appeals and installer performance investigations
  • Attendance at Installer workshops, forums & conferences
  • Identify and improve iPad availability and installer use.
  • New Installer Induction
Mainresponsibility of KitchenInstallationQuality Assessor:
  • Review & conduct quality audit inspections of installers identified through escalated Installer Daily, sign off installation videos, & FIM Fits in Progress visits
  • Review installer grading and key cost indicators identifying areas of concern
  • Conduct Quality audit inspections of ongoing kitchen installations as required
  • Coach, develop & where required exit underperforming installers
  • Coach installers regarding the Our client Way and compliance to Regulations and Legislation
  • Liaise with Showroom & Field Team Members promoting installer engagement
  • Provide support and feedback as required to installers, Field Managers and Stakeholders on installer Quality audits and performance.
  • Review, Investigate and action installer chargebacks appeals, communicating decisions to the installer and relevant stakeholders
  • Attend forums with installers promoting performance excellence, obtaining feedback and demonstrating engagement of the installation team
  • Engage with installers on new development and new products
  • Undertake the agreed processes for effective communication to Installers, Field Personnel and Stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of day-to-day activities as required by policy and procedures
  • Support and Assist with installer availability to meet installation demand when required
  • Monitor installer recruiter performance in line current requirements, process and procedures
  • Visit previously completed installations as required to affirm quality standards of an installation
KitchenInstallationQuality AssessorDesired skills & knowledge:
  • Knowledge and experience of Kitchen installation and legislation
  • Experience working and engaging with 3rd Party sub-contractors and installers
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Attention to details and ability to deliver results
  • Computer and IT Literate
