Job Description

Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our client based in Stirling. This is a full time, permanent position which offers you the chance to work within an award winning team who will support your development in theHR sector. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join the team and provide admin support to ensure the team deliver and excellent service to the wider business. Duties include:

  • Managing incoming mail to the Team
  • Issuing contracts and dealing with any amendments
  • Updating personnel information onto the system
  • Sending out mail merges for salary review and bonuses
  • Coordinating mandatory and development training for all employees
  • Updating and maintaining the Learning Management System
  • Creating and maintaining a training matrix
  • Liaising with the Learning and Development team
  • Taking part in wider analytical projects which will include pulling data, data analysis, mail merges, V look ups and creating graphs and charts
You will have administration experience, ideally from an HR environment however other sector experience will be considered. You must love spreadsheets and analytics as this is a large part of the job and would suit someone who has a working knowledge andenthusiasm in this area.
