Job Description

SRG are working with a leading FMCG organisation who require an administrative assistant to join the team.Title: Administrative assistant Type: ContractLocation: Site based in Alloa.Start date: ASAPEnd date: 28th June 2024Hours: 38 hours/week. Mon-Thurs 8am- 4.30pm and Friday 8am-2pm(some flexibility on start time from 7:30am)The successful admin assistant will provide professional, effective and efficient secretarial and financial support to the Operations Manager, Technical Manager, Team Leader and Finance Department.Duties:

  • Calculate, process and record weekly workshop and agency timesheets to job costing system. Producing relevant reports when required.
  • Calculation and preparation of employee expenses for payment.
  • Process and maintain job costing system - data reporting to finance department.
  • Provide efficient admin support on purchasing/receiving and payment of materials/goods
  • Preparation of presentations and other documents to a high quality
  • Maintain an effective filing system, both electronic and hard copy, for departmental & financial data.
  • Management and co-ordination of all other ad-hoc administrative tasks and project work as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Previous admin experience within a supply chain environment
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Knowledge of doing timesheets/expenses and booking accommodation for workers
  • Confident dealing with external 3rd parties
