Job Description

Location: Chesterfield, with the option for Hybrid workingSalary: Up to £25,000 (Depending on experience)Working Pattern: 40 hours/ week, Monday-FridayWe have an excellent opportunity for a Scheduler who wants to be part of one of the UKs fastest-growing industries. As our Scheduler, you will ensure our customers are scheduled with speed and efficiency. Youll be goal orientated and care about deliveringquick results, tackling problems head-on, and making well rationalised decisions. This is a fast-paced role with the drive to get customers charge points installed as quickly and successfully as possible.Your key responsibilities will include

  • Prioritising work types to meet customer expectations for appointment timescales.
  • Using our CRM and your own best practice to schedule a mix of job types.
  • Maximise the volume of scheduled installations per day/ week/ month.
  • Maintain regular contact with our Installers in the field.
  • Own job closes down post-installation.

  • You are a self-starter, independent and innovative. Youre hard-working and thrive off providing excellent service for your customers.
  • You are environmentally conscious, with a passion for the EV industry.
  • You have the required soft skills for speaking to customers in a clear and engaging manner with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • An understanding of processes as a whole and being able to see the why behind each stage and how that delivers our customer proposition.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work on own initiative, multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Geographical knowledge of mainland UK and NI desirable.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and routing platforms and ways of working.
