Job Description

Location:Chesterfield, with the option for Hybrid working 2 days/ weekSalary:Up to £25,000 (Depending on experience)Working Pattern: 40 hours/ week, Monday-FridayWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great attention to detail to join ChargedEV as a Renewable Install Coordinator.Joining our growing team in our brand-new office in Chesterfield, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers can make well-informed decisions about the products and services we offer, ensuring they receive a smooth customer journey from start to finish.Working closely with our customer service advisors and schedulers, you’ll use excellent communication skills to explain regulatory requirements and have a clear and methodical approach to your work to complete technical assessments that we call “desktopsurveys”.Your key responsibilities will include

  • Completion of desktop surveys
  • Building quotations
  • Explaining regulatory requirements to customers via phone and email
  • Engaging with customers about products and services we offer
  • Working to SLAs
  • Supporting complaint resolutions

  • You have experience in renewable, solar or battery within a sales or operations role
  • You can work on your own initiative, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
  • You possess strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • You’re confident speaking to customers in a clear and engaging manner with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • You are a self-starter, independent and innovative.
  • You’re hard-working and thrive off providing excellent service for your customers.
  • You have experience in preparing and delivering quotations
