Job Description

Regional Installation ManagerLocation:North / South / Midlands areasSalary:Up to £42,500 Contract: Permanent, Full TimeHours: 45 hours/ week, Monday-Friday 8am – 5pmAre you a natural leader with a passion for customer satisfactionAre you looking for the next step in your careerIf so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team as a Regional Installation Manager!As a Regional Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating installation projects across multiple locations.Your key responsibilities will include

  • Deliver health and safety objectives and ensure site procedures are strictly followed by the team in line with site standards and safety improvement plans.
  • Effective line management of the engineering technician team and utilisation of contractor staff to deliver identified work programs.
  • Liaise with Field Operations management, Compliance Managers, Scheduling, Project teams to ensure a seamless approach.
  • Conduct 121’s and appraisals as detailed in the company policy and carry out investigations and disciplinary outcomes in line with company policy.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance, as required, for engineering, including service calls
  • Travel to sites throughout the UK to fulfil your duties
  • Undertake electrical repairs and installations as appropriate and report any defects at the time of service.
  • Any other responsibilities as defined by the Field Operations Management team.

  • You must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency and understanding of the NICEIC standards required for an electrical qualified supervisor, with a knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and current BS7671 Building Regulations being beneficial.
  • You will have excellent communicator/experience of working with staff and contractors, with the ability to prioritise your work activities.
  • You will have 5 years electrical experience
  • You have effective problem solving and organisational skills
  • You have a minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, City and Guilds 18th Edition and Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent.
