Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a client based in Chesterfield to assist in the recruitment of an Internal Sales Support Manager to join their fast-paced and business sales team. This highly motivated person will be responsible for leading the Internal Sales team and the Internal Sales Support team who generate and process both business and consumer leads through to account management and final delivery, both reactively and proactively. This person will be supporting and facilitating the structure of both teams day to day activities.* Managing and supporting the Internal Sales and Sales Support Team day to day * Facilitating a regular contact plan regarding acquisition, account management and retention* Tracking acquisition performance of team* Training and coaching to drive consistency in approach and quality in performance* Carrying out 121s, appraisals, PDPs and PIPs* Evaluate performance to ensure the team is on track to meet Nett Gains and all financial goals* Supporting in the resolution of account complaints, queries associated to B2B and B2C account management and price point* Assisting any sales growth for existing customers* Deliver excellent stakeholder and customer relationship service by understanding Business and Customer needs* Seek customer, team and wider business feedback to drive improvement* Be creative and forward-thinking to come up with time-saving ideas to improve the customer journeySkills* Experience of driving targets and KPIs* Proven Sale/Retention/Account management Background* Committed to driving excellent Customer Service* Great communication skills * Great stakeholder skills * Experience using various IT systems i.e. outlook, CRM, contact recorder.* Provide feedback on improving the role and its functionality and drive these changes* Lead directly and collaboratively* Highly self-motivated and motivational* Ability to manage workload effectively* Takes effective ownership and delegates to drive engagement and ownership amongst their team* Experience handling objections and conflictElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
