Job Description

Infrastructure Security Analyst Chesterfield, Derbyshire£40,000 per annumFull Time, Permanent Our client is one of the Leading LPG suppliers in Europe. They primarily serve the LPG markets of 17 Western and Central European countries, operating under seven distinct brands.They now have an exciting opportunity for a Infrastructure Specialist to join their team, supporting theSecurity team, based in Chesterfield.The Infrastructure Security Analyst will maintain high levels of protection against external threats to their networks and devices.Key responsibilities

  • You’ll monitor computer networks for security issues
  • Run vulnerability and baseline scans
  • Analyse results and reports; suggesting recommendations for improvements and further investment opportunities
  • Build a priority road map for vulnerability and baseline
  • Provide documentation for audits
  • Support the Security team to perform tests; uncovering and fixing network issues to ensure high levels of security are maintained.

  • Vulnerability and baseline management experience
  • Project management experience; facilitating corrective and improvement activities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Up to date knowledge and understanding of IT technologies
  • Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques
  • Good understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus and IDPS concepts
  • Ability to identify and migrate network vulnerabilities
  • Patch management understanding with experience of deploying patches in a timely manner
