Job Title EV Charging Expert-Project CoordinatorLocation S43, ChesterfieldSalary £23,000 p.aWorking Pattern 40 hoursWho we areAt ChargedEV were supporting Road to Net Zero and the transition to electric vehicles through the installation of domestic and commercial EV chargers - for the good of the planet and because, well, progress!We are the largest independent installer in the UK, with 10 years experience in EV Charging and operate nationwide. This is an opportunity to join an expanding business in a fast-growing market and ultimately help enable more people to transition to electricvehicles.You will be part of the biggest change in the automotive industry for a centuryOur MissionEnabling the transition to a Zero Carbon fleet by making charging simple, for everyone, everywhere.To make that vision a reality, we need the brightest, most resilient and inspired self-starters.What will I be doingYoull be the voice of ChargedEV, making a lasting impression with a genuine passion for customer experience and a strong understanding of process. Youll be advising and supporting customers through the onboarding journey preparing for installation andbooking those customers in.Youll learn all about:

  • A range of EV charge points and each of their features and functionality
  • Eligibility requirements for government grants
  • How we plan for installations
  • What those installations involve from a technical perspective
Key responsibilities
  • Owning customer contact from application submitted to sign-off stage
  • Completing what we call Desktop Surveys - Building a full story of the customers installation and requirements via images and information either already provided or by your request
  • Youll make the majority of our bookings so youll be sales minded and be keen to convert our customers with more simple installations
  • Generating standard quotes
  • Creating quotes nd invoice
  • Organising and allocating customers to other departments, as per process
Specification
  • Any experience with EV, Solar or other renewables is incredibly desirable
  • Clear communicator with a focus on listening, recording and acute attention to detail
  • An understanding of processes as a whole and being able to see the why behind each stage and how that delivers our customer proposition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work on own initiative, multi task and work well under pressure
  • The ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues
  • Clear communicator with a focus on listening, recording and acute attention to detail
  • Honest, focused, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Demonstrate a positive proactive approach towards organisational change
  • Experience of working autonomously
