This position will be working in the S6 area of Sheffield (Stannington). This is also a great opportunity for carers (HCAs) looking to work in a different setting, who can transfer theirs kills.This role is to work with 3 gentlemen with learning disabilities in their own home,as part of this role you will be expected to work one shift per week with a young lady with very complex communication needs.Successful candidates will need a high level of resilience and able to work flexibly to ensure continuity of service.Skills and Experience In this role you will need to be able to work flexibly across a 7 - day rota to include early mornings, evenings, bank holidays, weekends. In addition, waking nights and sleep-ins. We also require you to be able to work split shifts.All our Support Workers complete shadow shifts before working with the people we support and those that have not previously worked in care will be supported with completing the Care Certificate.Benefits Affinity trust dont just offer fun and rewarding careers but also a range of benefits:
