Job Description

Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative/Stock Control AdministratorAre you looking for a dynamic role that offers both administrative responsibilities and hands-on warehouse operations Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative/Stock Control Administrator.Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative/Stock Control Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include managing stock levels, conducting inventory checks, processingorders, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training to operate a Forklift Truck (FLT), enhancing your skill set and opening up further opportunities within our organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of stock movements and transactions.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading shipments.
  • Receive comprehensive training to operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and proficiently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stock control role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Must be willing to undergo training to operate a Forklift Truck (FLT).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMSalary: £10.71 per hourBenefits:
