Job Description

Employer description:Just For Women is dedicated to providing access to training and learning opportunities to ensure everyone in our community can lead enriched lives. Learning opportunities include maths and English, mental health first aid and industrial sewing machine classes.Just For Women supports women, children and their families to move beyond the constraints of mental health, poverty, domestic violence and worklessness.Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist digital marketing activities
  • Assist with SEO and keyword optimisation
  • Assist with digital and print materials
  • Build website pages including landing pages
  • Provide website analytics as requested by the marketing and business development team
  • Develop engaging written content, imagery and video
  • Work with content manager to review web content, ensuring it is in line with the house style and brand
  • Edit and maintain web content on the website and digital channels
  • Create and manage imagery for the website
  • Work with and assist the managers with projects and ad hoc tasks
    • Requirements and prospects:Desired skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge of social, video, email and blogging marketing trends
  • Good knowledge of SEO best practices preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • An understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads is preferred but not essential

    • Desired qualifications:
  • 5 GCSE’s in English and Maths, grade A-C / 7-4 or equivalent.
    • Future prospects:92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.Important Information:QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
