Job Description

This well regarded freight forwarding business has a strong reputation amongst clients for its efficient European services and excellent customer experience. Due to ongoing expansion there is an exciting opportunity to join a established road freight team, reporting directly to Operations Manager.Salary circa £30k + bonusDuties

  • Handling European groupage import and export services across a range markets
  • Arranging movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national
  • Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers
  • Holiday cover of colleagues
    • Requirements
  • Solid understanding and at least 2 years experience of European road freight
  • Capable of manually calculating costs and charges / revenue manually - a good understanding of taxable kilos’ is a must
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
