Job Description

Our client a well established fuel supply company in Stanford are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all customers and will provide helpfulinformation, answer questions, ensure customers are satisfied with products, services and features and respond to complaints.The Job:

  • Prepare quotes on behalf of account managers
  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests
  • Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections and deliveries
  • Follow up on open quotes, generate sales leads and maintain business opportunities
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly
  • Maintain accurate customer service records via CRM system
  • Assist finance/operations/logistics and technical departments with account specific information
  • Communicate with customers to update them on their orders
  • Liaise with operations regarding product planning ensuring delivery deadlines are met
  • Maintain stock levels of specified fuels
  • Aid the administrative aspects of new product set-up
  • Aid the administrative aspects of new customer/account set up
The Person:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with UK and foreign customers
  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with both customers and colleagues
  • Communicate efficiently to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner
  • Work well to deadlines
  • Be highly organised
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Software
  • Experience with complaint management
This is a permanent full time role Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm.
