Customer Service Advisor Vacancy -CorytonSalary: £23,500 + plus £1,800 London Weighting per annumOC15582Working hours -Shift pattern: 08:00 to 16:30, 09:30 to 18:00 and 11:00 to 20:00 hours (rotational) We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our clients contact centre in the Coryton Area.This Customer Service Advisor role, motor trade organisation with a national customer base. We are looking for Customer Service Advisors with experience in inbound/outbound contact centre experience and a stable career history.Company benefits:

Customer Service roleYou will be an important member of the company, as you will be the first point of contact for their customers - responding to their enquiries via phone and email. You will take the customers contact information, build rapport and get to know what interestedthem in the vehicle and also book them in for a test drive at their chosen branch. You will be responsible for managing your own workload and diary of customers and will get to communicate with Perrys employees from different areas of the country on a regularbasis. You will get to work alongside a diverse group of people including supporting colleagues and managers alike.Ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Must have 1 year minimum call centre Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills - via phone and email
  • Ability to adapt and work well with people
  • Well-spoken and uses professional and polite mannerisms
  • Good listening skills
  • Dedication - longevity and / or progression within the company
