Job Description

Sales Executive Stamford Circa £30,000 with OTEAre you a passionate about Sales, looking for an exciting new roleCoulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Sales Executive to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients based near Stamford working as part of their Sales team.As Sales Executive you will be working as part of a dedicated team following up on enquiries, pursuing new lead or new business and managing the whole sales process through to completion for your customers and clients. The business is a very successful Finance Brokerage predominately dealing within the automobile industry as well and commercial.You dont need previous sales experience to apply for the role however, the person fit is very important. If you are willing and able to throw yourself into the deep end and learn quickly on the job this could be a brilliant opportunity for you.Principle Responsibilities for the Sales Executive :-

  • Managing clients expectations through the sales process
  • Exploring different industry sectors such as agriculture, construction and engineering
  • Reporting agreed KPIs to management
  • Following and understanding processes
  • Helping support a busy team with various tasks and responsibilities
Person specification:-
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communicator; verbal and written
  • Passion for customer service
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Ambitious, driven and with a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
This is a full time permanent Sales Executive position,Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. Annual starting salary of £19,000 plus uncapped commission. On average new starters earn circa £28,000 to £30,000 in their first year. A brilliant company to work for with great values.
